The hedge we keep: your privacy
A hedge lets light in and keeps nosy neighbors out. That's how we treat your information on this site: we collect very little, and we keep what we do collect behind the hedge.
- What we see
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit) that every website receives. We use them only to keep the site running and to spot errors.
- What you send us
- If you email us, we receive your address and your message, and we use them to answer you. Nothing else.
- Cookies
- Our own pages don't set advertising cookies. When you follow a link to a retailer, that retailer may set its own cookies under its own policy.
- Analytics
- We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic counts to understand which garden beds are popular. They don't identify you personally.
- Sharing
- We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We'd only disclose it if the law required us to.
- Children
- The garden is for pet owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
- Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete an email thread, and we will.
