If it doesn't take root: returns

Not every garden suits every dog. Some noses want more lawn, some cats would rather have the butterfly than the fish. If something you ordered isn't right, returns are handled by the retailer where you completed your purchase, under their return window and conditions.

In most cases you can start a return from your order history on Amazon in a couple of clicks. Keep the original packaging if you can, and note that toys that have been chewed or heavily used may not qualify.

Before sending a mat back, it's worth trying two things: start easier (food right on top), and anchor the mat so it can't be dragged. Many dogs who ignore a mat on day one are devoted to it by day four.
